US Shipping

We ship all orders by USPS Express mail (overnight), free of charge to you. All items shipped 7-10 business days after order is placed.
We only ship to all 50 states & Washington, DC.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.

Please note, we require a signature upon delivery.

Our Returns Policy

We offer free returns on items within 30 days of item delivery. Items must be in their original condition and returned in their packaging.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not match these criteria; in the case that the items do not, we will return these items to you.

Defective items need to be returned in their original packaging where possible and will be replaced free of charge.

All items returned will be refunded to your original payment method.

We will only accept returns that are returned using the prepaid USPS shipping label that we send to you at the time you request a return. Please ensure that you obtain a postal receipt as we will not issue a refund for items that are lost in transit.

To Return Your Item

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lighthouse Diamond purchase. However, if you wish to return an item we are happy to offer free returns for unworn items within 30 days of receipt

To begin the returns process, please contact us via email at entering your order number and email address and then selecting the items you wish to return.

After registering your return, we will send you a prepaid USPS label to the same address as for the original shipment. Return the items in their original packaging so they are protected on their way back to us. Please include a copy of your original invoice.

Please ensure that you obtain a postal receipt as we will not issue a refund for items that are lost in transit.


All items are fully guaranteed. We will replace any item that had a manufacturing defect.

Repairs and Change Orders


We offer one free sizing on rings. All rings are custom built to the size you specify with your order. If you get it wrong, we want to ensure your full satisfaction and will resize it once for free but you will incur the shipping cost.


All necklace orders come with a cable chain, 18 inches in length. We can provide 16”, 20”, 24” and 30” chains by request for a small upcharge. We can also offer different chain styles (i.e. rope, wheat, curb, box…) in any size or thickness. Please contact us for a quote.


Earrings form with a friction post and back. We will replace these for either screw backs or when the design allows for lever backs. These will incur an up charge.
